⚠️ Rental & Delivery Information- We’ll send you a 2–3 hour delivery window a few days before your event once our schedule is finalized. Rentals may be delivered up to one day prior or the day of your event, depending on routing.

⚠️ Overnight & Weekend Rentals- We’re an overnight rental company, so you get more time to enjoy your rental! 🎉
Weekend rentals are typically delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday.

⚠️ Park Setup Information- Park setups are subject to a $150 fee due to the additional logistics involved, including strict arrival and pickup time windows, limited delivery access, the use of sandbags instead of stakes for proper anchoring, and additional insurance requirements. This helps ensure everything is set up safely, smoothly, and in compliance with park regulations.

🚚 Delivery- Serving Lockport and surrounding areas
🌧 Rain Policy- You can reschedule due to rain at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice
🧼 Cleaning- All units are cleaned and sanitized before every use. During summer, inflatables may arrive slightly damp due to water residue from the previous rental. Rest assured, each unit is cleaned and sanitized again upon delivery.

👉🏼 What You’ll Need
• Enough space for setup and access (ex: backyard gate—no tight or blocked walkways)
• Adequate space for the inflatable (please measure ahead of time)
• Setup surface: grass or hard surfaces only (concrete/asphalt)
• ❌ We do not set up on dirt or gravel
• An electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area
• Water source + hose (for water slide rentals) We provide a 25ft hose that will attach to your hose.
• Tarp (optional)
• Renting more than one inflatable? You’ll need separate outlets on different circuits, or you can rent one of our generators
⚠️ Safety Rules
• Follow the recommended number of riders at all times
• No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable
• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Remove shoes and accessories (shoes, glasses, jewelry, etc.) before entering
• No rough play, flips, or climbing on walls/netting
• Do not use during high winds or severe weather
• Keep water levels appropriate for safe use (for water units)
